Lemme tell ya...I did NOT wanna go #swim 😝🏊🏻♀️ Like, I just really wasn’t feeling it! Then, I got there and no free lanes. You better believe I almost went right back into that locker room to grab my stuff and leave...I sat my butt in a chair for a bit though and, not too long after, a lane opened up. Guess what? Approaching five weeks off due to a nasty deep hip muscle injury. Not great timing (is there ever?) but I am finally moving around reasonably well and ready to start some stretching and strength rehab this weekend.
