70lb sandbag hill carry.
10 playground spinning pull-ups.
70lb bucket hill carry.
10 over-unders on gate.
20 wall balls.
20 box jumps.
5 x (5 burpees + hill sprint).

Interval weight training.
2 minutes may seem like a lot of rest on your first round but enjoy it!

Been working on re-gaining my explosiveness after spraining my knee in January. Trying to be creative as possible.
Seated box jump, jump back into box squat and then backwards box jump. Working on setting my feet, sticking the landing and exploding with no 2nd movement. Feeling good. Feeling strong. #TrainDiffernet#UFCGymYorktown#boxjumps#power#plyometrics#TheDebut
Consistency is key. Putting in the time working towards the goal....I am going to be adding 4-5 swimming sessions a week as my goals continue to change and grow... 🌊 . also thanks to @peterday__ For only ever filming the last set when we are exhausted 😂 !!! Haha does anyone else’s trainer do this for that little extra push at the end ?
