WEEK 6 - WE'RE ON THE HOME STRETCH!!
Our focus points for this week are:
• TRAINING // BENCHMARK TESTING - you'll re-test your Benchmark workouts from Week 2, so before each session review your score & step up & smash your previous results! .
• NUTRITION // COMMITMENT & LONG TERM CHANGE - in our final week of training camp, everything you have learnt about nutrition comes together. Prepare your meals early, remove foods of great temptation, nourish your body with the foods on your meal plan & stick to it right to the end.
. • MINDSET & RECOVERY // STRONG MINDSET - a winning mindset will start to feel consistent, allowing you to set new benchmark records!
