I have had this account for over a year and dont think i have ever introduced myself or said much about who i am. So here it goes...
Hi my name is Layton Byam (aka. Highfitguy). I am an undergrad student majoring in psychology and minoring in econmics. I am going to be a psychologist when i "grow up". I attend macewan university and am originally from Calgary. I love music and learning! My family is the most important thing in the world to me. I love life, going on adventures, and being happy. I have always believed that if something does not make you happy then you need to consider if it is worth your time and energy. I love people and learning about them! ⚡
High fitness has help me grow in so many ways. I leave every class having a renewed energy for life. It has provided a ground for me to walk on when i have had harder times. It is more then just a workout for me! It is a huge part of my lifestyle and represents so many important aspects of myself. My participants are amazing and i love learning their stories and seeing their progress! ⚡

Good arm finisher today 5 reps slow on the concentric stage of the curl. Then 5 reps slow on the eccentric stage of the curl!
It’s a proper burner you don’t need to much weight because to the end your arms are pumped like crazy!
I like doing it on the preacher curl machine because I can fix myself in and make sure be got my arm pits locked in to get a good range of motion on the bicep and remember make sure you are always using 101% mind muscle connection. It is so important.💪 Happy Sunday!

My return to juggling:
After taking an almost three year long hiatus from juggling, I'm working on getting back to the level I used to be at. It's going to take a while, but I'm making pretty fast progress. My longest post-break 7-ball run is 199 catches, and I managed to get 21 catches of 8b today (swipe right). With 7b and below, the limiting factor seems to be endurance rather than technique, so I'll just have to give my arms some time to get used to this kind of stimulus again. The other videos show my usual 5 and 6 ball shenanigans 😄
