Well, WOWSERS is all I can say! A 30 minute ass whooping just happened in my #basementgym . Made me feel like I was newbie. Lost my balance plenty of times. Hard to follow what she was doing. But here's the thing, THAT'S ok!! Hard it OK!! I tried. I was a sweaty mess, so clearly I was doing something right. Best part.....it was a great sneak peek into the what's coming!
I think what I'm most excited about is the fact that I have something follow for 100 days straight. Not sure about you, but I am best when I have a program to follow, and I'm not just winging it. I am no longer working the night shifts at my hospital and switched over to days and I’ve never felt so ALIVE lol. It took such a toll on my body being up only at night/working into the next day and sleeping only a couple of hours. Not only did that make me gain weight but I felt like total ass all the time bc I had such poor sleep quality
Feels good to be working out during the day time and to start to get my normal routine back. Gonna start fixing up my diet, actually freaking go to sleep early and bump my workouts up a level.. super essited ✌🏽✌🏽
Simple beginner drill that you don’t need anyone else for. Set up a target and work on guiding your hand to the target to begin to get a feel for aiming your shot. As you get better take a little step away with your final progression being a continuous rally at that wall target.

Muscles that are properly warmed up before rigorous activity will be able to contract with more force and relax at a faster rate. With warm muscles, your body’s strength and speed will be increased. One of the most most important reasons for a warm up is to prevent injuries. There warm-up is also a good opportunity to prepare yourself mentally for the exercise/training ahead of you. .
Coach Tyler goes over his warm up protocol on days where he is preparing to deadlift. As stated in this video, your warm ups should vary based upon what you are training or what your goals are for the upcoming training session. .

Deads were moving,even better cause it was beltless. 525x4(2nd vid) 3x3 @ 555(1st vid) then 2 sets of 5 @ 495. Followed it with SSB Anderson Good mornings,still trying to learn these(405). Then some reverse hypers and ghr holds to finish.
Just a quick tip for patients working on improving their posture! When you’re driving around in your car, use your head rest instead of letting your head fall forward. 🔹

Sometimes people see women working out in sports bras and just roll their eyes, but they don't realize what it takes to actually get to that point. Working out and showing skin is something which is a big mental hurdle for the majority of women, and once you get to a place where you're comfortable enough to do it, that is a huge milestone!
I encourage my clients to do it because you should love your body, and the process to improve it.
Don't make fun of women who do that, because you don't know their journey, and what they went through to get to that point.

The key to becoming stronger is involving multiple muscles in a movement. There is no shortage of that with this move. The pullover involves almost every muscle in the upper body and by doing this without the assistance of the entire bench we can target the lower body as well! Amazing work @yi.playhouse !!!

Never forget that all three have to be used (in -at least- a seeminlgy balanced way) for a happy state of being.
