The Captain’/Roman Chair is an excellent machine to perform hanging leg raise variations.
Working the entire midsection but focus on the lower abdominals, obliques and hip flexors . Easy to progress and regress, isometric holds are very useful.
Be sure to prestretch your abs while hanging, during the exercise roll your pelvis under and up. Focus on control and try not to use your momentum during the exercise.

Monday was for building some Spartan Shoulders 😅 Always aiming for more progress and I'm seeing more lately so I'm a happy camper
Don’t know where to start so here we go.. I wasnt myself for a while, lost myself figuring out what the hell I’m doing with myself. Since the end of 2017 and majority of 2018 I lost pretty much everything I loved, cared and was passionate about.
Self confidence went massively down, didn’t feel good enough for anything or anyone.
Everything that someone could wish for got taken from me, whilst working countless hours, and keeping strong! Finding out that I could have testicular cancer (I don’t) which was super scary!
Finding out secrets and lies, being made out to be useless and nothing😏
Can’t thank the best brother in law @chapass21 for everything! and my mates!! Nothing but love!
So with the help from my amazing family and good mates I got back on my feet, focused on myself, got myself in the gym, putting in some hard work to better myself, kept working hard even tho things weren’t quiet falling into place but now I have a job I love, I’m finally on a good wage and not being taken for a mug and most of all I’m appreciated for the work I do💰I love the man I’m becoming! All from learning from mistakes! But I’m loving and learning everyday!
Started and went really lean and ripped and wasn’t putting much weight on, so after months of training, I switched my diet, started to put weight on (which is awesome) and getting stronger everyday!
Keeping at it and just gonna keep bettering myself! Still far from where I want to be but we gonna get there!💪🏼
