An amazing evening with my girl last night. Our first of many baseballs games together. I’m thankful that @lizj28 is always up for any sporting event with me. As we celebrate Father’s Day I can’t help but to think how excited my dad would have been for me to attend last nights game. We got to watch two major league players finish up their rehab stint before returning to the pros. @giancarlo818 and @thejudge44 might of had off nights but it was still sometime I will remember for a very long time. The allure of comps is over. Hair extensions are out, fake nails are off and the abs have gone, mostly.
I am just enjoying putting the extra calories to good use, playing around with different splits and rep ranges and building up my strength. The beauty of this bodybuilding thing is, there are so many ways to do things, there's no right or wrong way so why limit yourself to one way?
Remember, your muscles aren't going to know the difference. They respond to load and time under tension. The exercise type and the order you do it in, in the scheme of things, isn't going to matter. As long as you work the fuck out of the muscle and continually increase the weight/reps, and eat and recover adequately, you will grow.
