Top set of deadlifts tonight. I was actually feeling pretty drained going into this workout. Similar situation to Monday. The sun felt like it was making me sweat out whatever I drank, but these felt surprisingly good! After the third rep of 340/750 last week, I was unsure if a third rep at 350/770 would be in the there today, but these actually felt easier than last week!

4x4 Bench w/ 195, very easy. Last set shown
3x3 Paused Deadlifts w/ 265. All sets shown, these shouldn’t be challenging but since I’m new to sumo I’m still learning how to pause the reps properly.
5x5 Barbell Rows (cheater style) w/205 first set shown
Also did 3x3 close grip bench w/ 215 but accidentally deleted the video.
New beltless PR? 330lbs for doubles on 4 hours of sleep l 💀😂. I was aiming for a triple but changed my mind after the second rep. Peep those deadlift faces though 😑 BW:125. And what I’m smelling is ammonia salts to get a adrenaline rush 😬 . VC: @ostrich.legs
