Im jestem starszy, tym bardziej jestem przekonany, że liczą się proste rzeczy. Nie kasa, tylko miłość (która, czasami jest jak depilacja okolic bikini, ale bez niej będziesz pluć na wszystko dookoła). Że każdy ranek to nowy początek.
Że można porozmawiać bez ściem, tarcz i szóstych znaczeń i mówić dokładnie to, co myślimy.
Że stary mesio, może dać tyle samo radochy co Ferrari. Że można siedzieć pod drzewem, pić tanie wino, jeść kurczaka palcami i być bardziej szczęśliwym i pełnym, niż wpierdalając śledzia zawiniętego w pączek, w ekskluzywnej skandynawskiej restauracji, gdzie na stolik czeka się trzy miesiące." W naszym życiu nic nie jest na stałe. Na tym polega jego urok. Życie to chaos. Ale głęboko wierzę, że ludzie, którzy się obok nas pojawiają dzielą się na dwie kategorie.
Czasami znajdujemy osobę, która będzie z nami na lata, a czasami zjawia się obok nas ktoś na chwilę. Na sezon. Jak kolekcja wiosna/lato, jesień/zima.
Ktoś, kto jest z nami z określonego powodu. Ktoś, kto nas czegoś nauczy. O sobie albo o świecie, I siebie również. Ktoś, kto da nam dużo przyjemności. Obudzi w nas uczucia, które - wydawało by się - dawno w nas przygasły. Ktoś, kto nas zmieni. A później po prostu odejdzie.
Ça fait longtemps que je n'ai pas posté.. en voici la raison. Depuis le 1er octobre ma vie a changé, définitivement. Surement un de mes meilleurs choix, le plus risqué, le plus inattendu, mais le meilleur.
J'ai décidé ce jour là de sortir de ma zone de confort, d'apprendre à me connaître et à me surpasser, j'ai appris les bons et les mauvais côtés. Mais c'est quelque chose qui vous rend fort à jamais. 🔥

Do you know it is important to have time to yourself? Time away from work to relax or to do something you enjoy that has nothing to do with work? Life can sometimes be hard and pretty full on!
Sometimes in life it is so easy to become wrapped up in work or problems and doing what is ‘expected’ of us, therefore we can easily forget the importance of taking time for ourselves.
If you aren’t happy, mentally, emotionally, physically, then how can you give it your all in your business and for others? If you can’t care for yourself, how can you care for anyone else?
It is better for your brain and your overall health to step away and have time for YOU!! Even if it’s just a few hours a week!
This week I took some time out for myself and went to a spa to wind down for a few hours. And as you can see my surroundings were beautiful! Totally relaxed my mind!

From been a child I have always been anxious. I was shy and in school I was the one who would go bright red, when the teacher called my name and it was my turn to stand up and read out a paragraph from a book to the rest of the class. I felt so embarrassed to the point it would make me want to run out and cry. I hated it. I would never put my hand up. I would never speak out in a group. I hated school because of the way I felt inside! I lived in fear of judgement. It stoped me from doing so many things that I wanted and I was so confused about EVERYTHING!
That did all change. As I got older I LEARNED to love myself, accept myself, believe in myself and trust myself! Now I’m confident to be myself and if anyone doesn’t like it - thats also ok! ———————————————————
✋ STOP hating yourself for everything you aren’t and start loving yourself for everything you are! ✨ ✋ It is easy to look at other people and wish you could look like them or have what they have. STOP and take a look in the mirror, take a look at yourself and remember who you are. ✨ ———————————————————
If I ever have a down day or things are not going as planned because “life” is happening (because i can’t control everything!) I take a step back, breath and take some time to reflect and realise how far I have actually come in my own journey. I have learned to stop focusing on things I don’t have and focus and appreciate what I do have! ————————————————————

Abs and Arms! Give this circuit a try! You can do it at home or in the gym. Set a timer for 7minutes and see how many rounds you can do.
1️⃣ 10 push ups
2️⃣ 20 up down planks
3️⃣ 20 Plank jacks
4️⃣ 40 mountain climbers
5️⃣ 10 lay down burpees ———————————————————

Hey guys! I’m so sorry I haven’t posted for you all week. I know I normally post every day. This morning I’m just thinking over and over what to write for you guys, whether it’s one of my real talk posts or something inspirational from the gym but then I just thought I’d be truthful because we are all human right?. Maybe you guys can relate. I’ve had such a tough couple of weeks with so much on my mind. I had to make a big decision to change something in my life which just wasn’t easy. It’s never easy knowing if your making the right choices and it’s massively effected me mentally this week. It has emotionally drained me. Its effected my sleep, my appetite and my training. I lost all focus and I have felt really low. I hate been stressed and I try avoid it as much as possible but this wasn’t avoidable. All I could do was just try carry on as normal each day working and smiling. Time will tell me if I made the right decision. So guys this stuff happens to everyone. I have fallen off track too! I’ve been MIA all week and I felt so bad. But you know what ITS OK to fall off track! It’s okay because this is life! Things happen and things get in the way sometimes which you just can’t help. You just have to be strong, fall off track and get back on it when your ready too! Don’t rush it. I just wanted to share this with you because we are all human and shit happens to us all! Just know that it is okay! I’ll be back soon 😘 ——————————————————————

Is everyone enjoying the summer?? ☀️ it’s sooooo hot! Exercising in heat which we are not used to can be difficult right?! Our bodies release excess sweat 💧 trying to keep itself cool and this means your dehydrating faster. Your energy stores are depleted and you can feel fatigued quickly. Its your body’s way of letting you know that it’s working a lot harder than normal! Don’t panic It’s totally normal and it can happen. Heat exhaustion can cause dizzy spells, weakness, nausea and overall tiredness.
TIPs - Remember to go into your workout fully hydrated. That doesn’t just mean chugging a few pints of water immediately beforehand. 😂 Instead 👉🏻 drink plenty of fluids throughout your day. Wear breathable clothes, take your time and breath through your exercises. Take it a little slower than normal. If you feel unwell at any point stop! Don’t push yourself to much you will have done better than you think. Go home re energise and rest!

TAKING THE FIRST STEP... This week in my posts I have been talking all about taking the first step into fitness.
So.. you want to start but it can be daunting even joining the gym! 👀 You then take that big step and join but then you don’t know what to do or where to begin and you end up walking around the gym on your first day lost and feeling embarrassed. 👀 👀 I think we have all felt that at one point in our lives.
The first fitness program I ever made was exactly for these reasons! I want people to feel confident walking around the gym knowing exactly what they are doing and enjoying it 😀💪🏻

Are you taking the first step in to fitness? Not sure what to do or where to begin? 🤷🏻♀️ Here are some basic exercises just using your own body weight from the pre training week in my Future Fitness START program.
The pre training week is the first week and it gets you used to using your own body to move and will give you confidence.
2️⃣ Lateral lunges
3️⃣ Bent leg sit ups
4️⃣ Bent leg sit up twists
5️⃣ Ab bikes
6️⃣ Push ups (on your knees to get you used to them)

SQUATS! Do you struggle hitting full range of motion (getting low enough!) when increasing the weight on your barbell back squats? Everyone has a tendency to start cutting back on depth as the weight gets heavier, and I would attribute this to two things:
1️⃣ Choosing a weight that is too heavy for you to lift with a full ROM (Range of Motion)
2️⃣ Fear of not been able to get back up! 👀
👇🏻 TIPS - so that’s why the box squat is so useful. ———————————————————————
BOX SQUATS! The box gives you something to sit back on, and this removes that “bottomless pit” feeling! It also gives you a target to hit, and if you aren’t touching the box you aren’t reaching depth and need to decrease the weight. Practice box squats!
1️⃣ Increases full ROM (range of motion) when lifting a little heavier
2️⃣ Helps with the fear of not been able to get back up.
